Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not attend, or cancel a pre-booked appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you directly the full appointment fee.
